 Welcome to Eagle Lake, a private, gated neighborhood located just north of Fort Collins, Colorado. Our 80-plus home community enjoys access to three beautiful lakes for boating, fishing, hiking or even bird watching on secluded walking trails that let us take advantage of all that Colorado offers from
our own backyards!

 We enjoy a little bit of country without being far from shopping, town or the growing Colorado State University campus. With easy access to I-25, each home site is situated on over two acres. Our custom homes vary in style from traditional Colonial to the newer Craft style in a unique community self-governed by a member HOA board. Our private roads with no thru traffic create a tranquil oasis that is also close to dining, recreation and entertainment options for those interested in city amenities.
